Public web traffic is protected with TLS. Connectivity access requires a unique user credential and is subject to quota, expiration, and status controls.
Reports should be sent through the same administrator or service channel that issued the account. Include the affected hostname, UTC time, and a concise description. Do not publish credentials or private keys.
Automated availability checks may use /healthz.
